What is the human energy field and Energy Healing?
Life force energy for the human energy field exists on individual and separate planes of consciousness. This energy is supplied by our seven energy portals, the Chakra system. Each Chakra has it’s own unique purpose and vibrational characteristics.
During energy healing, practitioners are able locate the weaknesses and/or absence of life force energy in these vital energy fields. Once the areas of low or weak energy are located, the practitioner then helps the client facilitate the re-connection of soul (higher self, spirit) to their mind/body, by strengthening and re-focusing the flow of life force energy to that Chakra.

What to expect from a Reiki session
There are a lot of emotions that can be released during a Reiki session. As the areas of energy are being opened, moved and strengthened, it is quite normal to feel a warming or tingling sensation. Crying, laughter, and sometimes anger are just some of the emotions that may arise during a session.
Healing emotions with bach Flower therapy
Bach Flower therapy addresses the human energy field with the emotional/loss of connection to soul or ones higher self. Remedies are taken from the remedy bottle, four drops, four times a day. Remedies can be taken with or without food. It *It is important to note, Bach Flower remedies can safely be taken alongside any OTC or prescribed Rx medications.
For animals, Bach remedies are best administered in a few easy ways. A couple of drops applied to your fingers can be rubbed directly onto their ears, on the pads of their feet or by adding two or three drop to their water bowl.
Once you begin taking the remedies, you may begin to notice a shift in behavior. And how your feelings towards the particular emotional problem you are dealing with have changed. This shift varies between individuals. Some will notice differences in how they feel almost immediately. While others may find they need as long as two or even three years to work on and resolve the root of their issue.
